We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any inquiries or orders for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via standard modes including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to our COD Policy limits.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including product photography, descriptions, designs, logos, graphics, and software code, is the property of Roshila or our suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
