Shipping Timeline
How we pack, dispatch, and deliver your products.
At Roshila, we understand how excited you are to receive your handloom sarees, smart kurtis, and breezy stoles. We partner with the most reliable shipping networks across India to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Dispatch Timeline
All standard orders are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 24 to 48 hours of verification (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). If you require custom blouse stitching, sizing alterations, or special loom settings, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for dispatch.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, packages generally arrive within the following timelines:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities and towns): 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote Areas & North-East Region: 6 to 9 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- We offer Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders across India.
- COD orders currently enjoy promotional free shipping and cash collection support at no extra cost.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation message on WhatsApp/SMS containing the tracking number and a direct tracking link to check your order transit status online.
5. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please notify our support team on WhatsApp (+91 7020954390) within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, we will be unable to modify the delivery address.
